Together, we will work to restructure unhelpful patterns of thinking. When we bring awareness and intention to our thoughts, we create the possibility of transforming our reality. Through this process, you can empower and inspire yourself to become who you truly are.

Our work will be grounded in evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy, Positive Psychology, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Mindfulness—integrated with self-knowing modalities such as the Enneagram and Psychoanalysis.

During our first session, we’ll take some time to explore what has brought you here and gain a deeper understanding of the challenges you’re currently facing. You may be invited to complete a brief questionnaire to help guide this process and ensure we have a clear picture of your needs.

From there, we’ll discuss a personalised plan for therapy that feels right for you. If we both feel it’s a good fit, we can begin our work together. In our ongoing sessions, we’ll collaborate closely to explore your experiences, build insight, and work through the difficulties that are most important to you.

The number of sessions for therapy is unique to each person and will depend on your individual goals, needs, and the pace that feels most supportive for you.

Standard Therapy Consultation $200

50 minutes for a 1:1 session. In person or via Telehealth. Medicare rebates apply with a mental health care plan (e.g., a benefit of $98.95). Please see Frequently Asked Questions section for more information on obtaining a plan.

Improv Course for Self Confidence $60

These group sessions will operate with a minimum of 5 people weekly for 5 weeks. Medicare rebates apply with a mental health care plan.

Break free from social anxiety by putting yourself out there in a “safer” space. No time to think about what you want to say, how you say it and whether you said it right, this course isn’t about what you say anyway. It's designed to get you out of your head and connecting with your teammates in the room. Think on your feet; ad lib to storytelling about a unicorn dancing in a tutu in a rain-soaked meadow. Unleash your courage and creative power and ignite your light within.
